I’m a Certified Master Nutrition Therapist with specialized training in Postpartum Nutrition.

With over 10 years of experience in the nutrition space, I’ve worked with many women to help them create meaningful change in their wellbeing. My postpartum nutrition guidance focuses on helping you navigate the depletion that may come with growing, birthing + feeding your baby; redefining rest + nourishment in this season of life; and rediscovering your energy + vitality to show up as the incredible mom you are.

I combine practical science-based nutrition with traditional postpartum practices from around the globe to offer personalized support, guiding you toward a life that feels fully aligned with this incredible motherhood journey!

How I got here…

My journey into nutrition has been deeply personal and profoundly meaningful.

From a young age, I struggled with finding balance with food. The challenges with my relationship with food sparked my passion for helping women navigate daily nutritional choices that can help them feel vibrant and reach their wellbeing goals.

But nourishment took on a new meaning when I began preparing for my postpartum experience while pregnant with my daughter. It was disheartening and confusing that I found endless information about pregnancy nutrition, but could not find any nutritional support for the postpartum period. So, I created it.

I’ve always believed that every mother deserves to feel supported, nourished and held in this season (whether it’s your first or your fourth child!). This belief has guided me and fuels my dedication to supporting mamas in their quest for heightened wellbeing and deep nourishment, especially when the demands of everyday life are high.

My mission is to empower you to overcome nutritional challenges and create a lifestyle as a mother that feels truly aligned with your family while embracing the joy of motherhood.
