Preparing for Postpartum
Virtual Sessions · 4 weeks
If you are in the third trimester and getting excited, but feeling overwhelmed with how to prepare for the fourth trimester, our Preparing for Postpartum program might be the support you need!
Feel well-prepared with nutritional expectations, freezer meal guidance, and a clear understanding of how to support your digestion, hormonal fluctuations, recovery + nervous system in your postpartum experience.

Actionable Strategies: Practical tools and strategies to help prepare for a beautiful transition into motherhood.
Ongoing Support: Regular check-ins and adjustments to ensure continued progress and confidence.

Initial Consultation: Start with a one hour and 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and understand foundational postpartum nutrition principles.
Assessment + Goal Setting: In our first session, we’ll evaluate your current challenges and establish clear, achievable goals.
Weekly Sessions: We’ll continue with three additional regular 40-minute sessions, each designed to build on the progress of the previous one.
Progress Reviews: Periodic check-ins to review your progress and adjust your plan as needed.

Payment Methods: Accepting credit card or debit card payments.
Insurance: Not accepting insurance at this time.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.
Fourth Trimester + Beyond
Virtual Sessions · Ongoing Support
If postpartum has left you feeling depleted, foggy or unlike yourself, one-on-one Fourth Trimester + Beyond nutrition guidance may be the steady support your body is asking for.
Through personalized, postpartum-informed nutrition support, we’ll focus on rebuilding nourishment, supporting digestion, hormones and nervous system regulation. We’ll work together to create realistic rhythms that fit your life as a mother, so you can feel more resourced + supported from the inside out.

With specialized training in Transformational Life Coaching, Intuition Coaching, and Breathwork, I’ve guided many women through periods of uncertainty, overwhelm, and self-doubt. During your first session, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and any relevant background information. This is a time for you to share your experiences and for us to understand your needs. We’ll also outline the coaching process, set goals, and establish a plan to help you move forward effectively.

Our specialty is guiding expecting mothers to prepare for postpartum, as well as new mothers in the first year after giving birth. However, if you are a mom outside of that timeframe and experiencing fogginess, digestive upset, mood imbalances and exhaustion, then let’s have a free 30-minute call to see if working together would be a good fit!
